The Canton Public School District has earned a C-rating for the 2023-2024 school year from the Mississippi Department of Education's accountability system.

The Canton Public School District will hold a public hearing on its proposed school district budget for fiscal year 2025-2026 on Thursday, July 1, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.

Canton Public School District has officially opened registration for all returning and new students for the 2025–2026 school year.

Note that we have added one 80% Day per month for September-April. The purpose of the days is to provide time for teachers to participate in professional development and engage in collaborative planning.
